            My daughter worked for a while as a trainer for the managers at all the Papas, Pappacitos and Pappadeax restaurants in the U.S., and she learned a lot about restaurant hygiene in that position; she told me that, when a toilet flushes, minute poo particles are flung all over the place, so virtually all surfaces of a restroom are poo-contaminated.
